This Privacy Policy describes how Al-Asid General Trading Company ("we", "us", or "our"), located in Baghdad, Al-Mansour, collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use the Volti mobile application and services.

- Precise Location Data: We require access to your device's precise location (GPS) to show you nearby charging stations and to ensure our assets are returned within the designated service areas.
- Camera Access: We access your camera solely for scanning QR codes on Volti stations to initiate the rental process. We do not save or store images/videos from your camera.
- Payment Information: Financial transactions are processed via secure third-party payment gateways (e.g., ZainCash, Qi Card). We do not store full credit card or wallet credentials on our servers.
2. Use of Information
The information we collect is used to:
- Facilitate power bank rentals and returns.
- Process financial transactions and refund requests.
- Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
- Protect our physical assets and prevent fraudulent activities.
- Improve app performance and user experience.
3. Third-Party Services
We utilize third-party services to enhance functionality:
- Firebase (Google): For app analytics, performance monitoring, and push notifications.
- Payment Providers: To ensure secure and compliant financial processing.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
- We retain your personal information as long as your account is active.
- User Rights: You have the right to request the deletion of your account and personal data at any time through the application settings. Upon request, your identifiable data will be permanently removed from our active databases.

This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq. Any disputes relating to data privacy will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Baghdad.
